A cracking pre‑season hit‑out for the lads, even with holidays and a few bugs thinning out the numbers, the squad put in a spirited shift and made the most of every minute on the park.
A special shout goes to Gabriell, who stepped into his first ever game of rugby with only a handful of training sessions under his belt. He didn’t just hold his own, he got stuck in, learned on the fly, and showed heaps of promise in some properly tough match‑ups. A brilliant debut.
The bespoke Lochside 10's ball gifted to Wanderers by Strathmore RFC was presented to Finlay Thomson for his courageous, relentless defence across all games. Finlay tackled anything that moved and never took a backward step, a well‑earned bit of recognition.
