Away at Ellon

We were met with a rather windy, wet and cold day at Ellon for our game. We had 12 players available, so that allowed the game to go ahead as a competitive fixture.

There were many good moments of play from the team, with some good running from Lewis, Brodie, Jacob and Malachi. Lack of support runners and not being quick enough to the breakdown to secure the ball did not allow us to keep possession and build a strong attacking platform. Missing a lot of first up tackles gifted Ellon a few tries.

The second half was played at a development game. Ellon subs were used to allow more game time for everyone

After the game the boys did well to evaluate their performance and identify the areas that require working on.
