"We are really please to secure Waldemar to lead our coaching team at Wanderers" says Guy Mullinor, Aberdeen Wanderers RFC club president. "Waldemar will be an asset to our team and we know that his experience will provide positive coaching leadership to our 1st XV. With Garioch RFC now in Caley One we have a couple of local derbies, which is fantastic for North East rugby and we are looking forward to this coming season"

Scottish Rugby will be releasing the fixtures for the 2019/20 season shortly and pre-season for our senior team starts on Wednesday 12th June with some fitness sessions.

Waldemar' Rugby Bio

I grew up in a rugby family and could name every rugby player in all provincial teams in South Africa and every major international side by the age of 6. I played rugby my entire school career and achieved provincial colours. I then went on to play rugby for one of the top university teams in South Africa. My 12 year coaching career started at School level in East London, South Africa.During my career I have coached school first teams, u18 provincial sides, the SA u19 country districts 7's team, Cheetahs under 21 development side, Police Rugby club 1st team and Central University of Technology u21's. During this time I won 7 leagues and achieved a 91% winning ratio, for which I hold the record in South Africa. My last 3 seasons were unbeaten. I have worked with internationally recognized personalities and Ex Springbok players. I have extensive training and development, both nationally and internationally. My values are "gentlemen on and of the field". My coaching focus points are being fitter than the opposition, an ultimate running rugby style and unmatched ball handling skills. Communication is key in all these focus points.

I trust in my players and coach teams to win. We are one team, one club and one community. Together we will strive to be the best.
