U18's at Gordonstoun

Final score was Gordonstoun 35 - 21 Granite City U18, but the guys who travelled deserve a huge amount of credit for their spirit and commitment. Being one player short from the start and with inexperience in the front row it was always going to be a tough match but the guys kept going and scored three great tries, all of which were converted. They stuck together and played with real team spirit. Playing the full match with only 14 is not easy, but towards the end we were looking the fitter team. Well done to the U18’s. We look forward to welcoming Gordonstoun to Aberdeen in November for the return fixture.
