It was great to invite James Smith of Stronsay Engineering to Groats Road this Sunday where he came along to hand out the tops, meet the players in person and watch their InspireSport Boy’s U15 Caledonia Club league match v Moray / Huntly.
Unfortunately, Wanderers couldn’t secure the win this week, but our new sponsor got to watch a very entertaining, high scoring match in fantastic sunny conditions, Moray / Huntly running out winners 71 v 52.
James is an ex-Wanderers player himself, and still runs out for the clubs veteran side “The Wombats”, when not playing or watching rugby, he runs Stronsay Engineering Ltd, specialising in subsea IRM and construction projects in the North Sea UK Sector, Aberdeen Wanderers RFC are very grateful for Stronsay Engineering's ongoing support.
