Trip up North Success for Grampian Girls

The Grampian Girls were on the road last Sunday (17th September) to Ross Sutherland RFC for the 2nd round of the North Girls Merit Conference. It was their first away trip of the year, which saw 9 Under 15s go along and a healthy Under 18s squad of 17 travel up North.

On arrival at Invergordon after a very early start, the Under 18s played 10-a -side due to light numbers from the opposition. The score was finished on 42-35 which was between a mixture of Grampian Girls and those from Plockton HS who travelled across for the day.

At Under 15 Highland/Plockton combined to play the Grampian Girls and in this, Grampian Girls ran out 70-10 winners in a convincing display against a less experienced Highland side.
